Painting Info
I use Dupont Chromabase automotive paint (a base coat/clear coat system) in house and can have powder coating done out of house.
The Chromabase comes in thousands of colors plain, metallic and pearl tones. I can do one, two or three color fades, or masked paint schemes in many, different patterns. The exact pattern of multi color jobs is something I work out on an individual basis.
How to pick a color
- Send a sample of the color either physically or via e-mail . I will try to match it as close as possible.
- You can give me a verbal description (like Dark Green metallic) and I will pick one.
- You can find a Dupont automotive paint jobber in your area and look at his chips (try autobody supply in the yellows)
- If you can give me a car manufacturers code for a particular color/year/model, I can match that.
- My decals are white, black or silver
