TET Mountain (TomET)

tetmtb.gifA cross country hardtail with a long heritage. From the first Fisher Competitions to Marin Team Issues to the Kona Hots. The TomET is a reflection of years of developement of the classic mountain bike. Like it's counterpart on the road (the TET Road ), the TomET is an all around frame to meet all your off road needs. The Tom ET is compatible with standard or V-brake routing requirements. The geometry is suspension ready for the fork of your choice, or you can choose a tradtional rigid fork.

Construction

  • TIG welded oversized steel or aluminum
  • Sloping top tube
  • 1 1/8" headset
  • Breeze-IN drop outs w/o eye
  • 1.5" od cromoly 68 mm bb shell
  • Slide on forward facing  seat collar
  • 135mm rear spacing
  • 26/2.2 tires
  • Built to fit the fork of your choice or we will build on for you

Standard braze ons

  • 2 water bottles
  • triple cable stops on top of top tube
  • single cable stops under right seat stay
  • single cable stop on back of seat tube

  • drop out eyes

  • der wires under downtube instead of on top of the top tube
